Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days
after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on courier
availability and destination.
3. Delivery Method
Pallets are delivered using professional freight and pallet courier
services. Deliveries are usually made to the kerbside or loading area
accessible to large vehicles.
4. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on location, pallet size, weight,
and quantity. Delivery fees will be communicated clearly before order
confirmation.
5. Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is
accessible for pallet delivery vehicles. Failed deliveries due to
restricted access may result in additional charges.
6. Local Collection
Local collection is available from our Salford location by appointment
only. Customers will be notified when their pallet is ready for
collection.
7. Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect pallets upon delivery. Any visible damage to
the pallet or packaging should be reported immediately to the driver
and to our team.
8. Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to
courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
We will communicate any significant delays where possible.
9. Risk Transfer
Responsibility for the pallet transfers to the customer once the pallet
has been delivered or collected. We are not responsible for delays or
damages after successful delivery.
10. Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable
for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
11. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United Kingdom.
Export or international shipping may be considered on a case-by-case
basis upon request.
