Refund & Returns Policy

At The Pallet Outlet UK, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and issues related to our products, including liquidation pallets, in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Consumer Rights

In the UK, you have certain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including:

  • The right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
  • The right to cancel online orders within 14 days (cooling-off period), unless the product is exempt.
  • The right to request a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or misdescribed products.

2. Liquidation Pallets Policy

Liquidation pallets sold by The Pallet Outlet UK are typically sold **“as-is”**, which means:

  • Products may have minor damages, missing items, or be part of overstock/returns.
  • All pallets are inspected, and any significant issues are disclosed before sale.
  • Due to the nature of liquidation goods, **cancellations and returns are limited** to items that are significantly not as described or damaged during delivery.

3. Returns

If you believe your pallet is **significantly not as described** or **damaged in transit**, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the pallet via email at contact@thepalletoutletuk.com.
  • Provide your order number, photos of any damage or missing items, and a brief description.
  • Our team will assess the situation and guide you on the next steps, which may include a refund, replacement, or partial credit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we approve a return or a claim for damaged or misdescribed items. Refunds will be made using the **original payment method** whenever possible.

Please note that due to the discounted and liquidation nature of some pallets, **partial refunds may be offered** if only part of the pallet is affected or missing.

5. Delivery Damage

If your pallet is damaged during delivery:

  • Inspect the pallet immediately and take clear photos of any damage.
  • Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will coordinate with the courier to arrange a refund, replacement, or partial credit if applicable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited stock of liquidation pallets. We may offer a replacement pallet or a partial refund depending on availability.
